Delivery within the United Kingdom

Our company ships orders on the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Our shipping partner is EVRi (https://www.evri.com/) for ship to pickup point and DPD UK (https://www.dpd.co.uk/) for ship to address of a buyer.

EVRi delivers parcels every day. DPD UK delivers parcels from Monday to Saturday.

Order processing time

We understand how important it is to receive your order as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we strive to process all orders within within a maximum of two business days from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery time

2-4 days. To ship an order on the same day, the buyer must complete and send it to us by 5:00 PM on the same day.

Shipping methods and shipping costs (within the United Kingdom):

  • Ship to address – £3.99 (this is courier delivery to doorstep/threshold);
  • Ship to pickup point – £3.99

The delivery cost for orders is paid by the buyer.

What details must the buyer provide to brizoll.uk to send the package with the order and what must the buyer provide to receive the package?

To order a product with delivery on our website, the buyer must click «+» or «Add to cart» on the pages with product lists, or click the «Add to cart» button on the page of a specific product, then go to the online cart page using the link https://brizoll.uk/cart.

On the online cart page https://brizoll.uk/cart, the buyer must check the goods and their quantity (if necessary, adjust the quantity of the goods and delete erroneously added items), and if everything is correct, then click the «Check out» button to proceed to the online order page. On the online order page, the buyer must choose the delivery method and the order payment method.

If the buyer has chosen «Ship to address» courier delivery, then in the specially signed fields on the order page, the buyer must enter his name, surname, delivery address, apartment/suite number (if any), city name, zip code.

If the buyer chose the «Ship to pickup point» delivery method, then he must click «Use my location» or enter his address in the «Address» field and click the «Search» button so that the page displays a list of the nearest branches of the EVRi postal operator, and from the list on the «List» tab, the buyer must choose the appropriate EVRi branch for him (for convenience, the buyer can check the location of the address of the EVRi branch in relation to the buyer's address on the «Map» tab).

After filling in the data for the delivery method, the buyer must select a payment method on the order page, and also fill in the payment address in the «Billing address» block: enter the country, first name, last name, address, apartment or suite number (if the buyer has such a number), enter the city name and index.

After that, the «Pay now» or «Pay with PayPal» button will become active at the bottom of the order page (depending on the selected payment method). As soon as the buyer clicks on one of these two buttons and pays the cost of his order, including the cost of delivery, he will receive an email with payment confirmation and information about the contents of the paid order, and our company will pack the order as soon as possible and send the parcel by the buyer`s chosen delivery method.

Once shipped, the buyer will receive an email with tracking information. When picking up the package, the buyer must present their ID to the DPD UK courier or EVRi post office operator. Also, an employee of the EVRi branch may ask to name the tracking number of the parcel.

Payment Method

You can choose one of these payment methods to pay online for your brizoll.uk order:

  • Credit card - it means a secure online payment with the buyer's debit or credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay) using the online banking of the buyer's bank through a payment gateway, connected to the checkout page on our site. If our buyer is using «Klarna» for the first time, after entering his basic data, he will immediately know whether he is approved for payment through «Klarna». The buyer will also receive a confirmation and reminder email from the «Klarna» system.   • Shop Pay - this secure payment method was developed by the Shopify platforn. We use Shopify as our ecommerce platform. Therefore, all users who make an online purchase on brizoll.uk can choose «Shop Pay» online payment using the payment gateway https://shop.app/, integrated into Shopify. Also, all brizoll.uk users can choose to store the payment and contact data via shop.app, in order to use the same data when making subsequent purchases on our website. This data can be saved through shop.app only at the request of the buyer after he has checked the check box «Save my information for a faster checkout with a Shop account» in the process of making an online purchase on brizoll.uk. We have enabled the ShopApp payment gateway and display of the «Shop Pay» button («Buy with Shop Pay» button on the product pages, «Shop Pay» button on the online shopping cart page and on the checkout page) to provide a better brizoll.uk experience for our customers. To view, edit or delete data previously saved in the «Shop», the buyer just needs to go to his account https://shop.app/pay/authentication/login#/ and make the appropriate changes.
