Exchanges & Refunds within the United Kingdom

These return, refund, and exchange policies apply to all product categories on Nest Kitchenware.

Return Options

We offer two options for returning goods:

  • A refund (to the original payment method).
  • An exchange for a similar item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received.
  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at +44 07842 270240 if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You received the wrong product.

To prevent transit damage, please check the goods in the presence of the courier. If any damage is found, do not accept the delivery and notify our customer care team immediately at +44 07842 270240 or support@nestkitchenware.com.


Damages & Issues

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
Damaged packaging or broken product integrity.
Product does not match the images or description on our website.
Cracks, chips, or structural damage to cookware.
Rust or corrosion on cast iron cookware.
Scratches, cracks, or loose handles on non-stick cookware.
Missing or incorrect parts or components.


Proper Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
✔️ The packaging is neat and intact.
✔️ Cast iron cookware must be free of rust, chips, cracks, burns, or sharp edges.
✔️ Non-stick cookware must be free of scratches, cracks, or deformation and have a securely attached handle.
✔️ All components match the product description and fit together as expected.

The cost of returning proper-quality goods is at the buyer's expense (£3.99).


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Used products.
Items with missing or damaged packaging.
Products damaged after delivery.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions (e.g., missing packaging, signs of use, unreported defects), the refund or exchange will be denied, and the product may be returned to the buyer at their expense (£3.99).

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost (£3.99).


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is:

  1. Return the original item by following our return process.
  2. Place a new order for the item you want.
    Once we receive and approve your return, we will process a refund so you can purchase the correct item separately.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Order number.
  • Reason for the return (e.g., attach photos of damages/issues upon receipt).
  • Preferred refund or exchange method.
  • Preferred contact method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
